Up-to-Date Tax Status: All taxes must be current with no outstanding tax liens or legal judgments
(unless exempt).
Legally Operating Business: The business must have started operations legally, including
registration with the Secretary of State if applicable.
Active Operation: The business is currently active and operational.
Majority Ownership: The applicant must be the majority owner and manager of the business.
Primary Income Source: The business owner’s main income must come from the qualified business.
Proof of Eligibility: The applicant can provide government-issued photo
identification and documentation showing the owner’s name.
